A Case of Large Solitary Non-Parasitic Liver Cyst


Abstract
Solitary non-parasitic liver cyst is an uncommon, Congenital and female predominant disease. The symptoms of liver cyst ars abdominal distension, palpable mass of right upper abdomen, abdominal fullness, diarrhea, vomiting, weakness and weight loss. Clinically, asymptomatic case is mDre frequent than symptomatic.
We report a case of large solitary non-parasitic liver cyst (14.4 x 11.3cm) in 59 year-old female patient who had only slight epigastric and right upper abdominal discomfort without specific treatment for seven years.
